Consignor Info & Policies

Our goal is to provide a simple, organized process for buying and selling children's clothing, toys, and accessories while establishing clear expectations and ensuring a positive experience for everyone involved.

If you have any questions or need clarification regarding the consignor agreement or car seat disclaimer, please do not hesitate to contact us. We appreciate your participation and look forward to serving you and your family.

Consignor Earnings

Consignors earn 60% of their sold items. The remainder supports the preschool and its mission. Consignors who volunteer for 6+ hours during the sale week will receive 70% of their sold items.

Minimum Inventory

In order to maintain a full and successful sale, consignors are required to bring a minimum of 25 items/sale. There is no maximum on how many items you can consign. Consignors with larger inventory may be contacted to assist with their unsold items after the sale to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Donation Option

Each tag includes a donation checkbox. Items marked for donation that do not sell will be donated to Truth Fellowship where they are distributed free of charge to individuals and families in need throughout our community. Any unsold items not picked up by 5pm on the day of the sale will be considered donations.

Our Quality Standards

Our sale is known for offering high quality children's items at affordable prices. Please consign only items that are clean, safe, complete, in good working condition, and free from stains, odors, excessive wear, and damage. More information on our quality standard is outlined on the Items We Do Not Accept.

Product Recalls

The safety of our shoppers is a top priority. Before consigning any baby equipment, toys, or children's products, please verify that the item has not been recalled by the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC). Consignors are responsible for ensuring recalled items are not brought to the sale.

Drop Off Changes

If someone other than the registered consignor will be dropping off your inventory, please notify the committee in advance through our email address. Without prior notification and approval, we are unable to take your items.

Scheduling

In order to have a successful and efficient sale set-up, we ask that you arrive on time to your drop off appointment. We do understand life happens, so if you need to reschedule for any reason, please contact us in advance via email. It is also required to pick up your unsold items between 4pm-5pm on the day of the sale.

Consignor Shopping

One of the best perks of consigning is the ability to shop during the Preview Sale on Friday. Consignors are allowed one guest with their pass and will begin shopping at 7pm. Doors to the sale close on Friday at 9pm.
