Consignor Agreement 

We at Bonsack Preschool Consignment understand the importance of trust and transparency with our customers. Therefore, we have created an agreement form that outlines all our policies and procedures regarding consigning, shopping, and payment. Our aim is to simplify the process of buying and selling kids' clothing and accessories while ensuring that all parties involved are protected. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions or concerns regarding the agreement form. We look forward to serving you and your child's needs.

*A copy will be available for you to sign when you drop off your items.

In consideration for the opportunity to participate in and profit from the BONSACK PRESCHOOL Consignment (BONSACK PRESCHOOL), the undersigned Seller/consignor agrees to the following:

 

_________  hold harmless and make no claim against BONSACK PRESCHOOL Consignment, Bonsack Baptist Church, and any volunteer or paid participants/staff in the BONSACK PRESCHOOL sale for the damage, theft, loss, or misplacement of any items BONSACK PRESCHOOL takes every precaution to prevent them, but occasionally these events may occur. Should items be lost, stolen, damaged, or misplaced, BONSACK PRESCHOOL is not responsible for compensating the seller for the items. 

 

_________ agrees to waive any and all claims for personal injury resulting from participation in BONSACK PRESCHOOL Bonsack Baptist Church and any volunteer or paid participants/staff in the BONSACK PRESCHOOL Consignment Sale.

 

_________ that items with no Seller Information Tags or incomplete Seller Information Tags (torn tags or inappropriately cut tags) will not be sold and will be placed in a lost and found area at the end of the sale, or if price is absent, the staff will price item. Any items not claimed from lost and found by Sunday at 5:00 p.m. will be donated or become the property of the BONSACK PRESCHOOL Consignment Sale.

_________ that unsold items marked with Donate on the Seller Information Tag will be donated at the end of the sale.  BONSACK PRESCHOOL reserves the right to donate at our discretion, and the school gets the tax donation.

 

_________ In order to participate in the BONSACK PRESCHOOL consignment sale, the seller must use the tag template provided and understand and agree to print all tags on cardstock paper. We also ask that a minimum of 25 items be consigned. 

 

_________ that he/she must sign up for a drop-off time slot.  Drop-off and work (volunteer) shift times should be honored.  (by SignupGenuis.com)

 

_________ affirms that to the best of his/her knowledge, all items consigned are in compliance with CPSC product safety and recall codes. (www.cpsc.gov)

 

________any items not picked up and remaining after 5:00 p.m. on Sunday will become the property of BONSACK PRESCHOOL and will be donated to a local charity. Unsold items MUST BE PICK-UP between 4:00-5:00 PM on the day of the sale.

 

_______ BONSACK PRESCHOOL reserves the right to remove any items from the sale due to wear, age of item, poor condition, stains, or inappropriateness (see new Quality Standards posted).

 

_______  will receive 60% of the sales price on items that sell. 40% will be donated to the preschool and can be used as a tax donation. Super Volunteers only will receive 70% of the sales and 30% will be donated.
